thinking of you and hope you feel a little cheerier.
I find I have a good cry, feel miserable and then it passes. If it doesnt seem to be lifting- perhaps some CBT through the GP might help.

I like this mohdoh stuff.

www.mohdoh.co.uk there is one called no worries which can help.

Plus on i tunes there are some relaxation, beach imagery listen to things that help me to sleep better.

in the meantime- have a giggle at my blog.

its the one about the photoshoot at hydrotherapy

Hope your Dr is able to help Lizzie - work stress is vicious and makes all the sore bits more sore. Just wanted to say thinking of you and hope you feel a little brighter. Wishing you sunshine and a relaxing weekend XX Ailsa

Oh Liz! Sorry you're feeling so down Sad

It's so bl**dy awful when you have a period of good times that just comes to an end and you never quite remember how horrible the bad times are.

Hang in there, ol' girl and I hope the GP can offer some releif

Hi Liz,

There is nothing worse than feeling sore and weepie, I feel for you. Try a nice hot bath aromatherapy oils little candles and soft music via ipod or mp3 player, get hubby to bring you a glass of bubbly and be a princess for the evening. Smile Then some of your favourite chocolates and a good movie or anything else you would like to do. ThumpUp Lorna xx

Hi Lizzie,

Sorry things are getting you down - there`s nothing as awful as stress and a flare. Hope you had a positive visit with your GP, and that you feel loads better very soon. I like listening to music when I feel low - something nice and slow, or a bit of classical. Another thing I sometimes do is have a trawl through some old photo albums - happy memories.

Take care,

Kathleen x

You probably know what I will offer for relaxation methods.......LOL how about a kir royale?

Or a big cold glass of pimms?

After a really good cry - I also do this and it really helps..

Also, bask in the fact that you are one of the VERY few people to ever beat me at Scrabble which (ask the children) made me cry! LOLOL

Much love to you and lots of hugs!

Thinking of you Liz and understand the cycle - work stress, RA flare, more work stress and worry your not fit enough to do your job - start the cycle again. I know you said you were having a hard time. Do you feel like telling us what's happened. I hope the GP was helpful and hope you can get some rest this weekend. I strongly recommend a hughe glass of wine. Take care.
